Consent of the Data Subject Regarding Their Personal Data By being made aware of this Privacy Notice and/or by visiting and/or using and/or sharing your data with us through any electronic or physical means, you expressly accept the processing of your personal data in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Privacy Notice ("Privacy Notice"). This data is collected directly or indirectly through printed media, technological means such as software, websites, mobile applications, or by phone ("Data Collection Methods") through the condominium administrator of the property where you are a resident, owner, or interested in purchasing or renting a property ("Authorized Data Collectors").

You must read this Privacy Notice carefully and should not visit and/or use and/or share your data through the Data Collection Methods unless you fully accept the terms and conditions for the processing of your Personal Data as established in this Privacy Notice. If you do not accept any of the terms and conditions set forth in this Privacy Notice, we ask that you refrain from sharing any personal data with us.

For personal data of minors, it will be the parent or guardian of the Data Subject who provides the data, consents to its processing, and exercises the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, disclosure, limitation of use, or revocation of consent as provided by law and this Privacy Notice.

Means to Revoke Your Consent for the Processing of Your Personal Data You may revoke the consent granted for the processing of your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Notice at any time. To do so, you must follow the procedure below:

Submit a written and duly signed request, addressed to the Responsible Party for the Processing of Personal Data, either to the address or email provided above, to initiate the corresponding procedure. You must specify precisely whether you wish to revoke your consent for all the authorizations contained in this Privacy Notice or only for some. Additionally, you must provide data that allows for your identification.

The Responsible Party will respond to your revocation request within 20 business days from the day the request is received.

Personal Data That May Be Collected The Responsible Party for the Processing of Personal Data may collect the following personal data ("Personal Data") directly through the Data Collection Methods from the Authorized Data Collectors:

Name and surname. Address. Phone numbers. Email. Official photo ID. Nationality. Unique Population Registry Code (CURP). Comments. Video recording: In terms of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data, you may be recorded by security cameras owned by the property where you are currently located. The images, videos, and sounds captured by the surveillance cameras will be used for your security and that of the people residing in or visiting the premises, with the sole purpose of security and monitoring the facilities and people in this area and its surroundings. Purposes of Personal Data Processing The Personal Data specified above will also be used for the following purposes ("Data Processing"):

Any situation related to the management of the condominium where you are a resident, owner, or interested in buying or renting a property. To carry out data transfers between the managers, third parties, and the Responsible Party when necessary for the management of the condominium. For the management and collection of maintenance fees, security, trash collection, public lighting, and maintenance of common areas or any other fees to be collected. To notify you of any type of meetings. To inform you about events related to the condominium. To notify you of dues and payments for the condominium. To inform you of the income and expenses of the condominium administration. To inform you about announcements and messages related to the condominium. For the personalization of services available through mobile applications. The Responsible Party will not use your data for purposes other than those mentioned in this notice.

Means to Limit the Use or Disclosure of Your Personal Data If you do not wish to receive any type of email, please send an email to datospersonales@a-l.com.mx. You may also object to the processing of your data for purposes that are not essential to the relationship that gave rise to the processing.

Means to Exercise the Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition You have the rights to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose the personal data collected by the Responsible Party. To exercise these rights, please submit a written request to the Responsible Party with the following information:

Your name, address, email, or another means to communicate the response. Copies of documents proving your identity or legal representation. A clear and precise description of the personal data you wish to exercise any of the rights. Any supporting documents for requests to rectify personal data. The Responsible Party will respond to your request within 20 days from the date it is received. If approved, the changes will take effect within 15 days of the response. If necessary, the Responsible Party may extend these timeframes once, depending on the circumstances.

Transfer of Personal Data Personal data may be transferred nationally or internationally without your consent when necessary for public interest, law enforcement, or the maintenance or fulfillment of a legal relationship between the Responsible Party and the data subject.

The Responsible Party reserves the right to modify or update this Privacy Notice at any time.
